Abstract Objectives To promote a effective sexual and reproductive health in a conservative muslim countries, the youtube show aims to break taboos and to correct false infiormations and conceptions about sexual lifestyle and diseases. Methods Doc Samad Lifestyle show is a daily live free talk show, empowering youth by talking about sexual health issues on their own terms. it connects young people to vital confidential, personalized sexual and reproductive health (SRH) information. Most young people in Arab World countries are in lack to accurate medical sexual information about their sexual wellness without social and religious judgement, thus, Doc Samad show gives the open platform for free counceling and mental coaching. Results The show airs daily since 2015, number of emails received is 69280, number of calls received 126488, number of female callers 67776, number of male callers is 58712. Main subjects treated: 47% Vaginism, 32% early ejaculation, 19% sexual orientation troubles. Age rate: 14-18 years old 36%, 18-25 years old. 54%. Conclusions Doc Samad Lifestyle show in youtube since 8 years has become an interactive platform for citizens, specifically youth, to express their concerns and satisfy their needs to get scientific information in a joyfull way about sexual and reproductive health in a confidential way, within a cultural and religious context where sexuality is taboo.
