Abstract Objectives There are many misconceptions and taboos around sex, gender and sexuality that have a negative impact on sexual health. The Geneva University, Hospitals and Swiss Sexual Health, with the ministry of education have launched since 2017 an educational project, Science, Sex, Identity aiming at reducing sexual illiteracy. Using interdisciplinary, inclusive, sex-positive and evidence-based information, we have developed and shared trainings and pedagogical tools with teachers, health professionals, teenagers and their parents. Methods We have developed all our tools as an interdisciplinary scientific team with the contributions of our target audience: adolescents, young adults and adults, cisgender men and women, trans*and gender diverse individuals, intersex and dyadic people and women concerned with FGM/C. Results All our tools are available freely on our dedicated website: https://www.unige.ch/ssi Conclusions We have touched, with our multi-language tools, so far more than 200K people directly. We believe that dissemination of evidence-based sex-positive and inclusive knowledge at a young age can prevent sexual illiteracy. Thanks to online access, free to all, dedicated courses and tools can help mitigate sexual risk behavior and empower young people to live their sexuality to the fullest and improve their general well-being. Conflicts of Interest We have no conflict of interest.
