59‐1: Low Reflection Material Design and the Application in the LCD Panel

Based on optical simulation, the low reflection material is designed to reduce the reflection of Cu electrode. When the low reflection layer has the optimal extinction coefficient and thickness, the reflectance of Cu electrode and panel are decreased to 80% and 24% than reference by the absorption and antireflection effect.
