In the era of digital revolution, technology has become an essential element in everyday life, spanning across various generations. The elderly, who were initially less exposed to technological advancements, are now increasingly encouraged to utilize technology in various aspects of life, such as communication, health, and financial matters. This study aims to assess the level of adaptation among the elderly to technology and to examine the challenges they face in using current technology. Using a quantitative approach, a survey was distributed to 30 respondents aged 60 and above. The results showed that while most elderly individuals have started using technology in their daily lives, particularly communication and health applications, they still face challenges such as difficulties in understanding complex technology functions, lack of digital literacy, and concerns about online safety and privacy. Nevertheless, the majority of respondents recognized the significant benefits of technology in improving their quality of life, especially in staying connected with family and monitoring their health. This study suggests that more focused training programs and technical assistance should be provided to help the elderly adapt to technology more efficiently and safely.
