Drift resonance in quantum AC Hall effect in heterostructures GaAs–Ga1–xAIx As

Investigations of the frequency response of Hall conductivity of heterostructures GaAs–Ga1–xAlx As at frequencies up to 1 GHz reveal a consistent variation in the shape of the Hall plateau associated with a resonant increase in the drift velocity of electron and hole orbits along closed equipotential trajectories in a magnetic field.
