The aim of present paper is to introduce a Sasakian manifold immersed with Quartersymmetric semi-metric connection to tangent bundle. We deduce the relation between
Riemannian connection and Quarter-symmetric semi-metric connection to the tangent bundle on
a Sasakian manifold and obtain theorems on the totally geodesic and totally umbilical.
